Delete your account

Permanently delete the NuanceLens AI account, derived observation records and saved reports.

This legal text is currently provided in English. Translations will be added before release in this locale.
This action cannot be undone. Deletion removes your profile, saved derived reports, session records, credit wallet and app purchase-entitlement records. It does not cancel an active Apple or Google subscription; cancel that separately in the store.

What may remain

Deleting your account removes your account data and reports. A minimal pseudonymous record may remain to prevent an old request from recreating the account. Store subscriptions, external-provider records, service logs and support records are separate. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription and does not guarantee removal by every external provider. Final retention periods and backup handling remain under review; this page does not promise an expiry schedule. Raw video is not stored by the service.

In the app, open Account → Delete account. If you cannot sign in, email Contact the privacy team from the account email. Identity verification is required before a deletion request can be handled. Do not send passwords or videos.
